VCAD
The objective of this marketing plan is to increase the brand awareness of VCAD in both cities, which will help the audiences understand, recall, and become comfortable with the name VCAD and its programs. Doing so will help VCAD become top-of-mind when students do their research and drive their decisions when differentiating competing schools. As the school becomes popular, more employment opportunities will be created.
VCAD is a private art school focused on inspiring creativity and an institute where the instructors share the same commitment, desire, and passion for art and design as the students. Diploma programs have quarterly start dates to maximize flexibility for students. With two campus locations in Vancouver and Calgary, VCAD also offers online classes. It is a passionate supporter of the arts within the community, offering bursaries, scholarships, and awards to local organizations each year.
VCAD offers programs in Graphic Design, 3D Modelling, Animations Art and Design, Interior Design, Architecture Technology and Design, Fashion Design, and Marketing and Merchandising for Fashion. VCAD provides its students with the training necessary to pursue their dream careers. Currently, the school only offers diplomas to students who wish to pursue a career path in an artistic career but do not want to spend four years at an art university. With hands-on, practical learning, graduates can be confident that they will enter the workforce with the skills and knowledge leading employers are looking for.
VCAD currently has two locations in western Canada, one is in Calgary, and the other is in Vancouver. Both locations sit in the downtown core and are easily accessed by public transit. VCAD is open for online teaching. Other than the local students, they are very flexible in accepting distance students.
